Help/advice purchasing M1 MacBook

I recently just came across the M1 MacBook deal on Costco for 799
I must say it’s a good deal and would like to purchase this for my gf

Unfortunately I can see it says out of stock for the gold model
I don’t know it’s that’s because I don’t have a membership

Just wanted to confirm if anyone with a Costco membership can still add to cart and order this or pick it up

I’m willing to order and wait for a backlog of delivery date
Not in a rush

Just want to know if it’s currently open to only members

I logged in to Costco.com to check and it's out of stock in both gold & space gray, and you can only Add to List, not Add to Cart. So if this is going to be a holiday gift, you probably want to order somewhere else where it's in stock.

The M1 Air, 8GB / 256GB, is out of stock however the $150 off price is valid through 12/24. So it may be possible that Costco will get more in stock between now and Christmas.

They also have the M1 Air, 8GB / 512GB, for $100 off - $1099.99 - and that model is in stock in both Space Gray and Silver.
