HELP! all apps crash to springboard after jailbreak

i've JBed a ton of times, first time with 3.0.....after JB NONE of my apps will launch....the system apps (maps, stocks, etc) work just fine, but not any 3rd party apps

is this....normal, any ideas?

what did you install from cydia? Start from square 1 and go from there.

i just rejailbroke it and fixed the issue. I remember prior to having done this, i had synced my phone back w/ itunes and it didnt sync my music

so i went to plug in to resync it and it asked if i wanted to set it up as a new phone and ever since doing so it screwed it up

I had exactly the same thing. What I did was delete all the apps from the phone via iTunes, then backed up, restored, jailbroke again, then reinstalled all the apps one by one.

After that they worked.

Bit of a pain but at least it did work again. I guess the backup/restore process with JB between somehow messed the apps up on the restore.
