Help Allocating (free space) to my HD

Hi all. Have had some issues and admittedly I am not the best at this.

I have 2 partitions, Mac and Windows.
I installed Windows outside of bootcamp. I erased my personal Mac partition so I can do a fresh install of MacOS (and combine the free space from the erased Windows partition) however I am unable to allocate the free space. I am attaching all the relevant info below. Could someone please help, the free space doesn't show up in the partition tool of diskutil.

The first thing you'll need to do in Disk Utility is change the view so it shows all devices, instead of just the disk volumes.

View all devices or only volumes in Disk Utility on Mac

In Disk Utility on your Mac, change the view setting to display all devices or only volumes.

Since free space is space not assigned to any volume or container, it simply won't appear unless you're in "Show all devices" view.

Tell us which version of the OS you want to install.
Tell us how you are booting up now:
- recovery partition?
- internet recovery?
- something else?

To do any kind of real "surgery" on the internal drive, you must either:
- boot to INTERNET recovery (NOT "the recovery partition")
or
- boot from an external drive.

Internet recovery:
Command-OPTION-R at boot.
