Help! AppleTV Green Screen HDMI

I hope someone has some help with this issue. I plugged the AppleTV into my HDMI port and now everything through HDMI is a washed out image with all the blacks green. I have a Philips 42PF9956 TV with HDMI 1.1. Now everything that I plug into the HDMI port has this problem, even the devices that were previously working. I have tried different HDMI cables and reset the AV settings on the TV. Any help or ideas would be greatly appreciated!
