iPod HELP! ASAP!

So I'm going on a car trip in like 6 hours and my TV shows won't sync to my Nano 7! Please help I have no clue what happened. Here is screenshot.

It's saying that the video files aren't in the correct format. Iirc they have to be MP4 files.

An app called handbreak. It has a preset specifically for iPods. If there are options to select, use whatever is the fastest one, because transcoding can take many hours and you'll see very little difference on a small screen.
