iPhone HELP - AT&T Signal Issues

As of late my signal has been terrible and its starting to become a nuisance. I've tried resetting my Network settings and still no luck.

If I were to restore the phone as a new device, would this help or work?

Also, could it be a tweak or JB app thats affecting my signal? or thats impossible?

It just seems like every time I JB, my signal isn't as great as it would be if it weren't jailbroken.

Then restore to stock and test it.
But jailbreaking should not effect the signal of an official carrier.

if you have a baseband mismatch, that will cause the 1 signal bar cosmetic issue.
