I just installed BioProtect on my iPhone 6, iOS 9.0.2.

After installing, I went into the settings and enabled it for the photos app.

I remember enabling "Remember Unlock Session" and changing the circle color.

I also remember trying to go into the "Touch ID" setting where I was told to enter my passcode, so I did, but it said it was incorrect..

I am 100% sure I was entering the correct passcode. I kept entering it over and over and finally decided to stop.

I locked my iPhone and took a break. After some time I received a notification so I went to check it out, that's when I was told that my iPhone has been disabled for 3 minutes...

I waited 3 minutes and entered my passcode but yet again it said it was incorrect.

I put my iPhone into No Substrate Mode to try and go into Cydia and delete BioProtect. (Yes I'm sure I entered No Substrate Mode and not Safe Mode) When my iPhone booted back up I was asked to enter my passcode, I did, but it still said it was incorrect.

I have ShSh installed and Apple File Conduit 2 but my iPhone is not connected to the WiFi nor can I try connecting to it so I guess ShSh is out of the question. I have also tried iFunBox but it just says (Connection Failed).

Connect it to your computer that you have synced with and go from there.

Otherwise restore it and start again. Of course you need the same ID and store password you used w the phone... after the restore then you can put the new lock screen passcode. You will also lose your jb.
