Help Box office/ admit one

I have box office on my itunes and I updated to admit one on my iphone, I like it but I'd like to switch back. Before I plug my phone in can I delete admit one from my phone and then simply sync to box office?
Help please.

yes it is possible, sorry i cant give you step by step instructions right now, but delete it from your phone, close itunes, delete the latest back up from the apps folder, re open itunes, and re sync

how do I delete it from the phone without syncing!

press and hold any icon until the start wiggling, then little x's appear in the corner, tap that on the app and press delete in the prompt, then press the home button to stop the wiggling
