Ok I am a pc guy wanting to learn more about macs , now I have come across a power Mac 9500 and I am going to bring it up to g4 400 ( which I all ready have ).
Here is my issue, I have a legit copy of 9.2.2 ( which is not supported on 9500 , but there is a work around ).
To use the work around I have to be at os 9 or 9.1 ( I have a mac cdr image of this ).
every time I burn this image on the pc side ( the mac does not recognize it ) - so is there a way I could burn this image ( on a pc ) that a mac will recognize it?
Does this make sense ?
( So burn a mac .cdr file on a pc so that it is readable on a mac )
I have tried changing the extension ( from .cdr to iso - no luck ) , I have burned this image many of times with with no luck.
Thanks for any thoughts or help,
John

toast 6 works for me on cdr files on my mac. so i'm guessing roxio's easy cd creator 6 will work on the pc.

I can burn the cdr file

See I can burn the image , it is just that the mac side will not reconized the burned image.

if you can burn the image on your pc and read it on your pc, then why not just copy the files you need off and re burn as an iso?

I have burned it as an iso , cdr, img and no luck on the mac side reading this at all.
Any other ideas???
