Help- Can't delete VPN!

So I was messing with an app (VPN Quick Toggle) that installed a VPN configuration that I can't delete. When I click the 'i' by the configuration, the configuration can't be modified and there is no delete option. In Settings -> General there is no Profile to delete. Tried resetting network settings - didn't remove it. No idea what else to try short of the nuclear option, but hoping there is a better alternative.

Yuck. I was hoping for a better answer.

Edit: I should ask, are you 100% certain reset all settings will remove it?

no, 70% certain. reset all settings isnt nuclear, its restoring/erasing all content & settings thats nuclear

So for the reference of others, Reset All Settings did not work. Ended up doing an iCloud Restore. Beware of this app.
