Hi all!

So since a few months my Ipad air 3 has the blank screen issue Apple recognizes in the following article: https://www.google.com/am...ank-screen-issue.html/amp

My IPad air 3 has this exact issue (and is among the ipads produced between Mar-Oct 2019) but after many attempts to have my IPad repaired they tell me mine does not fall under warranty (because it has been purchased "as is") . So my question is what exactly causes this issue, so I can repair it myself (is it the screen?).

Thank you all!

Can't apple tell you?

Unfortunately.. They don't want to give me any information whatsoever I have tried numerous times speaking to different employees

I really have no clue, it really would be helpful if they'd give me some broad general info like it's the display or something.

Article says all were released last year and that Apple will fix it for free within two years so I would escalate it

There's also alot of info when googling it
