Help change perfect browser to Netflix Icon

I got the Netflix app to work on Iphone 4 but unsure how to change the Perfect Brower Icon to Netflix,.....Can anyone give detail instructions on how to do

You don't even need to use Perfect Browser anymore, thelatinist showed us how to use MobileSafari instead.
