Help creating custom Activator event?

I’d like to make a custom event for Activator, which will be “hold home button for x seconds” for some value of x. By default the only options are “short hold” and “long hold”, but I want to create my own preferred duration.

I’ve never done anything like this before (though I have done some iOS programming) so I’m asking for help. What do I need to do to make my own custom Activator event?

Talk to some of the devs on reddit.com/r/jailbreak. There have been other devs that have made additional Activator actions, but most of them don't give additional hardware options.

I have no idea if what you want to do is even possible.
