[Help]Dual Monitors setup with Macbook Pro 2015

I have 13-inch MacBook Pro 2015, and I have windows 10 on it via boot camp for work.

I want to set up with two external monitors(1 via VGA and 1 via DVI)

1st Monitor : HDMI port on Mac -> HDMI cable -> HDMI Female to VGA Female adapter -> VGA on Monitor

2nd Monitor : Thunderbolt port on Mac -> mini displayport to HDMI adapter -> HDMI cable -> Female HDMI to DVI adapter -> DVI on Monitor

The problem : the 2nd monitor could not get the signal, looks like it is the Female HDMI to DVI adapter isn't working properly, please advise.

Problem found, it is the female HDMI to DVI adapter, the one above is the dual link, I changed to a single link one and it works properly, not quite sure the root cause but finally I got two external monitors working when I close the lid.

Hope there is some expert here can explain the reason behind this, I'm gonna listen.
