how can i install ipod/usb device? when i install my usb cord i get a window pop up on my screen "found new hardware" saying "windows needs to install driver software for your apple ipod usb device". i try to install it, but windows couldnt find driver soft ware for my device. if someone know the solution to my problem pls help. thanks
