AHHHHHHRG!

I was using Cyberduck and I just accidentally erased the entire Movie folder, instead of just a movie. I'm not too hopeful, but does anyone know how/if this folder and it's contents can be retrieved?

Thanks for any help.

Cyberduck just like all other FTP software removes the files immediately, theres no recovering, its not like a the files go to a recycle bin.

All though by technical means, the files arn't really gone, they don't show up and will be overwritten with time. So with some special software you may be able to recover them. As for what software, I don't know.... on the Mac Platform, I was/used to be a PC repair technician. Although you would need direct access to the drive in question...

I do have some recovery software. Now I wonder if it's possible to directly access the drive in a way that I can run some recovery software. (?)

I'm currently using aTV Flash, which enables a few ways for access. All of which I'm unsure of. All I've used with the AppleTV is SSH and it's USB for keyboard and outboard HD use.
