hey everybody!
ive been on many Apple forums and i have a problem. ever since i got the newest version of iTunes 4.8 ive gotten an error when i plugged in my iPod, it would tell me i do not have the right ipod software and i need to re-install iTunes. So i did, it didnt work, then i did it agian, it didnt work, ETC.

Please Help!!

P.S. If its becuase of my peices of crap windows operating PC, ill belive it. :confused: :confused: :confused: :confused: :confused: :confused: :confused:
 
Of course, we'd like to suggest you buy a Mac. ;)

However, that's probably not the problem. Which iPod do you own? Assuming that your music is safely tucked away on your PC, you could use iPod Updater (I think there's a PC version... must be something similar) to reset your iPod and reload it, worst case. Is the iPod working fine, just not connecting?
