Could do with some help. I am SURE what I want is out there but I simply cannot find it. I guess my search terms aren't right so if anyone has any ideas I'd be grateful.
Background: My friend is walking across Portugal for fun. I want to send him some video to cheer him up as its raining and will be for the next 400k/few weeks.
App requirements:
I hope this is clear and easy to solve - I just am failing big time in finding an app which is designed for this.

App requirements:
- Allow me to open a 'project' and add short-ish (probably not more than a minute) video segments to it over a few days and then save it as one long video. (I could just individually record lots of little videos and stitch them but I am sure this can be achieved more efficiently)
- I don't mind paying for an app, but I don't want a subscription service really as I don't expect to use it a lot but the usage could be over a few months etc.
- Bonus - it's be great if I could add clips of old video I already have, or add the video part of LIVE PHOTOS in even - either as a new standalone 'project' or into the 'project' I am working on for my friend.
