Help finding an App

It's simply an app that let's you know what apps are on sale and whatnot? I imagine this would be useful, could someone let me know of what this is (or the best version).

Try AppMiner. It should have what you need and its free.

Pandora Box will do this for you. I use Appshopper.com. It emails me with updates to my apps and it lets me know when apps that I want drop in price.
