Help finding map app?

Hi,

I previously remember a mapping app (not Bit Map) that allowed you to add your own maps in jpeg format.

Then you could manually register your GPS location within the jpeg map by moving a few feet and regestering you location again.

The app would then essentially GPS map you within the jpeg map you had entered into it.

Can anyone help with what that app was?
