Help finding specific language translator app

Okay need some help from my friends at MR.

Sometime ago, 3 months maybe, an augmented reality translation app was released into the app store. In a nutshell it allowed you to hold the camera over written text and it converted it to another language in real time on the screen.

I have a co-worker headed to Germany and this would be a perfect addition to his trip.

Anyone know the name of said application?

... Except that we don't support German yet (we're working on it!). There are some other apps that are somewhat similar, but most use the cell network. A German phrasebook/dictionary app might be a good choice, but I can't recommend a particular one.
