looks like it’s from the iPad Air 5 box cover (blue) so I’m guessing iPad specific.
A lot of times when people copy over their settings from iPad to iPhone or iPhone to iPhone their wallpapers will go with it even if they aren’t preloaded on the device.

It's actually one of the wallpapers for CarPlay in iOS 16 (a variant of iOS 16's default wallpaper). It can be downloaded from here.

hanks for the info on the carplay wallpaper - i just can’t get my head around it looks something has changed for the wallpaper. can’t get it look the same way as in the youtube video

I can get it pretty close, but you're right...it may not be the exact one they used. Have to use two fingers to drag the image over, but it looks like the color/shading isn't quite the same. Not sure if their video is overly processed, or perhaps they made their own. My screenshot is from an XS, so the dimensions are a little bit different too.
