i first posted this in design n graphix but i cant get a bite soon enough... no views by the way. so sorry if this seems annoying.. i just need some basic help advice from those who know about this... cause im confused.

the situation:
making cd art for client with photoshop.

the problem:
trying to get the file to the client. the client wants to hook it up on nero so he can print it out on the template. in house printing for cd artwork.
ive sent him a jpeg but he cant read it in nero. he has a pc and i have a mac.

whats the solution? thnx

Okay, so I'll start with the obvious, dumb questions...

1) I think Nero should be able to do JPG...but does your JPG have an extension (.jpg)? Your Mac doesn't need one, but Nero probably does on Windows....

2) If that doesn't work, can you make a TIFF or BMP?

Why not just create an empty MP3, add it to iTunes, attach the cover design to it and print the cover art from iTunes (on his PC)?

EDIT This is a dumb idea if he needs the back/side as well as the actual cover.

Nero's Cover Designer software (version 6) definitely supports JPEG, but it expects a .jpg or .jif extension.

It also supports PNG and GIF which would be smaller to send by e-mail than TIFF and BMP...

Alternatively, send him a PDF?
