Help getting rid of this !

i screen shotted my computer to show u guys those two little windows that say " stopping" and appear to be loading. Well they've been like that for days and idk how to get rid of them, any help???

it happened when i tried to delete a folder i was syncing from my other desktop, the folder would not delete until i used the terminal trick and deleted the folder, but those little windows stayed

Have you tried the restart-the-computer trick? I hear that solves lots of problems.

already tried that, it says it cant quit because operations are still in progress

Apple top left, force quit, and select finder. Relaunch finder.
