Situation:

I have an iPad 2 and iPhone 4. Both on iOS 5 and iCloud. Both setup to backup directly to iCloud. With the incomming of itunes match I no longer have a reason to sync anything to my computer. The only use for my computer with regards to interacting directly with my idevices is to transfer .avi files using cinexplayer. I would like to uncheck the sync feature of all apps, music, photos, everything.

Problem is when I attempt to do this, it wants to remove all the apps from my devices. How do i stop this from happening?

Advice is greatly appreciated!!

I would let it remove everything, then go to the App Store and re-download the apps from the Cloud.

Not sure how you would do it with Music, Photos should come automatically in your Photo Stream from iPhoto.

I don't know anything about cinexplayer. Is this transfer via iTunes? If not you could:
1) just uninstall iTunes.
2) set iTunes to not open when your device is connected and ignore itunes
