iPhone Help! How do I back up / save a certain jailbreak tweak version if I need to restore?

I need to restore my phone and want to keep my jailbreak tweaks on their current version.

If I simply restore then download stuff via cydia then I will get an updated version with stripped features

How do I backup my current jailbreak tweaks so they stay at their current versions when I restore and re-jailbreak???

I tried PkgBackup but I get a "Warning! scanning of packages is disabled" then the application shuts down

You can use DebainSaver and then manually reinstall them.
