Hey everyone.
I really, really hate phone calls. A form of phobia. It makes me physically uncomfortable to a great extend, even just the thought of it has the effect on me. In fact I’m dreading that I might have to call Apple and it’s making me feel bad now.
I just want to send them a damn email explaining the issue instead, but can find no email address. Anyone know of a way?
The situation is thusly. Right when I got my iPad, latest Pro model 12.9 inch, it’d sometimes not react to touches. Didn’t think much of it and just switched to the pen. Then I got a Smart Keyboard folio and used for a while (always careful with it all). And now, well, now I’ve noticed that the iPad is bent. It doesn’t sit flush with the keyboard Folio. Thought maybe it was the keyboard cover, so I took out the iPad, laid it on a table and nope, it’s wobbly (and I don’t mean the camera bump. It was face-down.
I’m actually really irritated that I spent so much money on a device that has a cosmetic defect that pisses me off as much as this, as well as a usability defect that was definitely there from day-one (whether the bend was I’m not quite sure).
If possible I’d want to complain under warranty.
I really don’t think it’s alright that I paid this much for this experience. It’s darn expensive in Europe. And that they tout their accessibility, yet are so inaccessible for support. There’s also no Apple Store in Denmark btw.
