The title says it all and before I begin I'll apologize in advance if this has been posted already (didn't bother searching :eek: and I know how anal some of you are about that sort of thing)

I want to repartition my HD so 20 GB of it is for XP rather than 40 GB...I fired up Bootcamp and this is what it said

I know it tells me where to go and what to do but I don't know what to do when I'm in Disc Utility.

Any helpful advise is greatly appreciated!

YEP look here I had a similar problem after deleting EFI partiton after installing windows. What you need to do is make sure the drive is reformated and partitioned as 1 single drive. ou have to partition it as a GUID table partition and not Apple partition scheme.
