Don’t worry about this guys it’s already fixed

All texts are replaced with square box with question mark inside.
I tried to restart my device and change the language but nothing worked.

This happens to my home screen too.
I tried to restart my device and change the language but nothing worked.

Try a hard reset by holding down the sleep/wake button and home button together until the screen goes black and the Apple logo appears and then release the buttons.

Has the iPad been dropped or suffered some other impact?
Nope

Try “reset all settings” under settings > general > reset. You’ll have to adjust your settings to the way you had them after the reset. If that doesn’t work either, you’ll have to do a factory restore as I see no other way to fix your issue, which hopefully is only a software issue. I’ve never seen the problem you’re having before.

I guess 'iPad' at top left corner is displayed in English regardless of language used. Most likely a language issue.

I would try a revert to icloud backup.

Somehow, the fonts are fouled up. You see this same thing on Macs, and usually when one incorrectly installs a custom font. Odd to see this though on iOS.

Probably only solution will be to reset to factory settings.
