Help!!!!! I need skype on Iphone ?!

You can't, at least not for audio/video chat, and definitely not until later this year.
You MAY be able to do text chat with Skype later this year when Apple releases the iPhone 2.0 software, but they specifically said they're going to block VoIP services (and Skype falls into this category).

Fring works for me from iPhone to iPhone, but I can't seem to connect a Skype buddy to my community and call them from my iPhone to their computer. Any idea how to do this?

But calls from Skype-Skype or MSN-MSN can only be made over wi-fi although chatting is find using EDGE.
Rememeber it is a BETA and so it may have errors and work for some people and not work for others - you could try removing it and installing it again but if it doesn't work still then that is simply the nature of a beta!
