I would take a 1.86 with SSD. Do not buy a Rev A, has to be B or C. Also, a SSD is highly recommended. After having now an air with 120 SSD I just got a 240 SSD in my MP - and boy...PS open in a heartbeat or actually faster...

Rev A was the first one, had serious overheating problems, smaller disks and so on. Don't buy it.
Rev B came our trying to fix some rev A issues. It also came in two version, the cheaper with HD, the more expensive with 1.86 GHz Core2Duo and a SSD.

Rev C is the one currently available (and available in the same configurations since June, 2009). It come with either 1.86GHz and HD, or 2.13 Ghz and SSD.

Don't buy rev A; buy either rev. B (refurb) of rev. C. In any case, with SSD

Rev A was not sufficient, miserable graphics performance. Had a 64 SSD I believe only. SSD should be indicated as such. Was only 1.6 GHz. Check here at MR or at Wikipedia for the exact specs of the revisions.

The drives are currently available only as 64 and 120 in the Air due to size constraints, depends on your requirements but for me even 120 is too small, had to select what i put on there (heck, my MP in the office has an internal 1TB and since last week a 240 SSD in it, yeah baby)
