Hi everyone,

I have an iPhone 7 256GB unlocked black with iOS 10.1.1 and this last week I made three facetime calls with three different people using the speakers on all three calls. Two of them have a crackling/tapping sound ONLY when the other person speaks. I was not able to locate exactly where the sound was coming from.
First call: the other person (iphone 5s iOS ?) was using the speakers = CRACKLING/TAPPING SOUND.
Second call: the person (iphone 5s iOS ?) was using apple earpods headphones = CRACKLING/TAPPING SOUND.
Third call: the other person (iphone 5 iOS 10.1.1) was using speakers = NO ISSUE.

When using the speakers for music etc... no issue.

Anyone having this issue?
iOS issue?
iPhone issue?
What should I do?

Thanks!!!
