I bought an iphone from 02 shop the day it came out, and now the black bottom part of the phone is creeping away from the body. I have NOT dropped it, therefore no evidence of me dropping it. The black bit is getting looser and looser from the bottom of the phone..

I didn't take out any insurance with 02 or anything.

Ive heard nightmare stories on here of people taking there iphones to 02 shops and it taking months....

so....if i take it to an apple store, will they be able to send it away for repair or even replace it?

Thanks.,

Tom

Is it on a proper o2 iPhone contract? People have had problems getting service on unlocked phones, that problem would be especially great with a physical issue like this I'd imagine.

Well, you know that phone you have that's falling appart. Before it destroys itself entirely you could use it to make a call and see if they can give you any indication how they might handle such a problem.
