Ive tried to fix this all morning for my dad who has issues with his taping spear. Essentially anytime an action is selected (e.g., back, settings, etc) on a screen a larger version of the icon and description show in the middle of the screen. I’ve tried everything I can do get rid of it but can’t find anything settings, any help would be appreciated. I’ve gone through every setting on his phone and mine and they all match. With the the exception that his text is bold. He’s elderly and gets confused easily and this is making things hard for him since it shows this instead of doing the action he’s trying to perform.

Sounds like it would be something under accessibility settings. I'd check most options there and basically turn them off (even deeper within some of the sections there).

Thanks for the reply. I went through everything again and eventually ended up turning off larger text which stopped it. Turning larger text back on however, doesn’t re-enable it. Quite odd, just hope it’s gone!
