Help! iSync and Nokia 3620

My friend bought a new Nokia 3620, it is the next version of the 3650. Anyway, I helped him pair it with his computer using bluetooth. It will work with the address book and I can send files to it, but it won't find it in isync and it won't even give me the option to use isync to to sync calendars and contacts. I know that it is not on the isync website, but it uses the same software as the 3650. I think the only difference is screen, size, and the key placement. There is no reason for it not to work in isync, unless isync won't even allow you to try to sync phones that are not on it's list of approved phones. Anyway, I know at one point Nokia's website said it was compatible with isync, but I can't find that page now. If anyone has any idea how I might get it to sync, it would be much appreciated.

does anyone know how to get this to work, or if it is even possible. Is there a way to get my contacts on to it without using isync?

It is not even on nokia's website as being a phone. Do you have the right numbers. And did you go though the setting up of iSync to find devices?
