Hey, I'm wondering could anyone help me with this please?

I recently upgraded my macbook to Leopard (Long time coming!) and installed all the updates for it too.

Now, however, whenever I connect my iPod touch to the macbook only the charging icon comes up and the computer doesn't recognise it at all, even on iTunes.

It could be "MobileMe" or whatever that is. But I can't sign up to it for the free trial because I don't own a credit card.

I've tried resetting and restoring my iPod but nothing happens. I've also tried restarting the mac and reinstalling iTunes (version 8.2) and again, nothing.

Does anyone have any ideas how to fix this? I've run out of ideas..

Thanks!
