Help, iTunes took videos off my iPad.

Hi, today I synced my iPad and it copyed a lot of video podcasts off my iPad and it took them off my iPad. I tried to resync to see if it wound copy them back but it said the file type(mp4) is not supported. I download these from the iTunes store on my iPad and watched a few before this happened. Can someone tell me how to get them back on my iPad with out changing the file type.

Things to note:

I download them from the iTunes store.
They are still on the iTunes store.
All the videos are made by Revision3.

That's odd.. All I could say is restore the iPad and try again.
