HELP!!!
I have had my IPhone 4 jailbroken since April of 2012. I never had many problems until yesterday evening, when I suddenly could not open my Mail nor Safari anymore. When I click on either app, all I could see was an almost blank screen (see image).

When trying to open any jailbroken app or cydia, the screen flashes real quick and returns to home screen.

When it comes to Cydia, the latest activity I had was done a few nights prior to this incident, where I uninstalled the useless app iWepPro 5 as well as all its dictionaries. I also installed BluffMyCall, another useless app. As far as I'm aware, neither app has caused me problems in functionality. (at least not until a few days after, which leads me to question if they were the cause or not...)

This wouldn't be so awful if I did not go to places like Starbucks so much, where in order to use their wifi, I would need to accept the Terms and Conditions that pops up every time I access their network. Since this incident, the screen no longer pops up, most likely because Safari is set as the default browser and there's nothing right now I can do to change that.

Can someone help me determine the cause of this as well as possibly solutions that don't require me to reset and restore? Any help is appreciated.
