Help Just upgraded my mini

Hey guys i just upgraded my mini and i have a problem the audio output for the speakers isnt working, but it works for the headphones? did i leave something unplugged someone help me please!

Does the internal speaker still work? Are you (sorry, have to ask) sure your speakers are turned on? No reason for it to work with headphones and not speakers.

Yeah thats whats weird if i plug it in the head phones port it works if i plug it in the speaker port it uses the internal speaker, weird huh?

Also does anyone know of a program i can use to erase my harddrive like Gparted or something?
