I am looking at adding a new Mac in the kitchen however I would also like to have the ability to watch directTV. What is the recommended solution?

Imac - 27 with accessory to add direct tv
Does this work well? - Switch from TV to PC
How is picture quality

Or Mac mini server with a 32' HDTV (Samsung LED)

- Admittedly I am a snob and love the 27' monitor, so from an aesthetics point I wish the Imac would work. (would be much cooler if a touch screen was included)
- I store a lot of songs and pictures so need 1Tb of data storage.
- Additionally I have a MacPro that I want to remove all of the data from to this Computer. How well will the MacPro connect to files on primary computer? Will iTunes or iPhoto run slower on the MacPro if files stored on different Mac?

Thanks for help
