Hi,
When I start up the computer I get the following message: "This computer will restart to a secure, Safari-only system for the Guest user." I've logged into iCloud via another computer and find my mac is not turned on. Any ideas what's going on?

It may be of help. I just checked on my mac (10.13.3 - High Sierra) and the option for the Safari-only system is no longer there.

As someone in the security industry, I laugh at the notion that Safari-only is secure by the way. That's probably the #1 attack vector that social engineers use, and that Zero-days target.
