iPhone Help! Lost my System Apps

So for some reason I tried Lockinfo7 and installed it. Played around with it and uninstalled it and it's dependencies. However now I don't have my System Apps. Meaning I no longer have the Phone, Safari, Messages, Calculator Etc.

I'm still able to get texts and phone calls but they come in weird under notification center. For instance I get "com.apple.Mobile.SMS" and "com.apple.mobilephone."

I still can connect via DiskAid or IphoneBrowser.

Hast this happened to anyone before and if so what did you do to fix?
