MP 1,1-5,1 HELP - Mac Pro 4.1 > 5.1 144.0.0.0 Normal EFI 10.13.6 Blackscreen and No VNC

Hello everybody,

I need to help one of my customer in Belgium but i'm bloqued in Philippines...
I have access to his Mac Pro via VPN and SSH only
This Mac work every day fine until friday 8 may.
On friday 8 may, the Mac start normaly but blackscreen
I already try a lot of things but nothing work :-(
I erase all the Caches (User and System), Reset SMC, Zap Pram
Impossible to make this mac start on recovery partition, even Network Recovery
It's not a problem of keyboard because PRAM reset work
VNC is activated but when i try to connect, it's not work, even with ARD...
Filevault is OFF
Somebody have a idea to repair via terminal ?

It's very difficult to start a diagnose remotely, you have to find clues and investigate from that. I'd start checking why the PXS1 GPU, PCIe id shows that is a Sapphire RX 580, is not being recognised, see the "Driver Installed: No" below:

Since a Mac Pro works with ScreenSharing/ARD without any GPU installed, I'd ask the Mac Pro owner to remove it and then try to connect, if it works you know that the GPU is causing it somehow.
