Help me, 2010 mid 21.5 inch iMac graphics card upgrade

I want to upgrade from a 2010 midiMac 21.5 inch model to a Mac Os Sonoma, what metal graphics card would be good? I don't have enough data, so it's hard to find. Any recommendations?
I heard that it's good to use AMD cards.
