Help me choose a 4K monitor

Need some help choosing between a few monitors for my office. It'll be connected to a 2019 16" MBP and mostly used for Adobe illustrator and indesign with a little photoshop. Trying to keep it below £400 but open to suggestions. Option so far are:

Samsung 32" TU87F UHD Thunderbolt 3 Monitor - £340
Samsung 27" S80TB ViewFinity UHD Monitor with IPS panel, Thunderbolt 4 - £400
LG 27'' UHD 4K IPS Monitor with VESA DisplayHDR™ 400 - £400

I'd stick with the 27" panel size.

32" panel size will have text that may look "too large" to you (displayed at normal font sizes), when running in Apple's "default" mode for 4k ("looks like 1080p").

I like Samsung, and also DELL displays...
