Hey!

After some time looking for a wacom to work with i found a guy who has two,
its either the intuos 2 or graphire 4 (both a5).

Anyone got any experience on them? Only info or spec i find i that intous has
double the pressure sensitivity so, wich one do i spend my money on? (same price)

Graphire 4 vs Intos 2

I had a Graphire bluetooth. The only problem is that it dropped the bluetooth connection occassionally. I still have the Graphire but I recently bought an Intos 4. The only thing I don't like about the Intos is that it takes up more desk space than the Graphire. Most of the space is for buttons and controls that I don't use. Both are excellent devices. I use them for photo editing in Photoshop. Can't live without one.

Either one will do well. Like the other poster said, once you use one for Photoshop or FCS, you won't use anything else. Good luck and have fun!

Imo... i hope you're paying little or nothing for either. The intuos 4 is nice but I actually found that 3 is the most durable. So I would definitely get one of those (I have no.4 myself). If working in PS is your job, why not spend a little on this item?

The Intuos is far more advanced than the Graphire. I have a Graphire and I have a Bamboo; both are great, but the Intuos is more advanced than either of them. If I were you, I would get the Intuos.

Intuos 2. You will love being able to draw with the pen tilted. I got a Graphire Bluetooth and the lack of this feature annoys me to no end.

nice to see some action here, thankyou everybody!

my primary use is illustrator and photoshop and even thou
the graphire is 4 and the intous is 2 i'll go for the intous i think,
the intous is about 100$ and the graphire 150$ so it's a step up to the intous 3

daamn, you just got me comparing the intous 2 vs. 3 and now i just cant settle with that old crap :) the buttons on each side, are they very useful?
its a leap from 100 to 250$, but from the looks of it i'll get something better?
