Im looking for a dock for my 32G iPod Touch. I would like a dock that has USB for syncing, AND a power cable so I can charge the iPod with the computer asleep. Im not even sure of something like this exists. Am I out of luck or is there something that will do this?

Yeah but neither one of those let you plug it in to the wall and computer at the same time. I'd like to be able to charge it when the comp is asleep without having to switch the cable to the wall. Aside from the fact that I'd rather not pay extra for a remote with the universal dock when I have no use for a second remote.

your computer should charge your devices fine, even if the computer's asleep. so you shouldn't need to plug the dock into both an outlet and the computer.

Ah no it doesn't. Direct from Apple:

Apple said:
The iPod touch battery may drain instead of charge if iPod touch is
connected to a computer that’s turned off or is in sleep or standby mode.

EDIT: I was being stupid. I should have tried it before I made the post. The on-board USB ports won't charge the iPod when the iMac is asleep, but Im not using them, Im using a POWERED usb hub, so it charges fine when asleep. DUH!
