help me get the new msn!

This is embarasingly simple but could anyone help me get the new msn. When i go to sign in it asks for the newer version to be downloaded. When i try to download it it says it has failed to mount. I am unable to retrieve any emails off my own computer (is fine on other peoples) and as you can imagine really desperate!

what browser do you download with, is it safari? it seems you have the option to 'open safe files after downloading' on, if so you should uncheck that option in prefs. you should download msn to your desktop and open from there. if you still get the cannot mount error, try mouting it using toast for example. if it still weird, try downloading using another browser, firefox or camino, and see if it helps. good luck .
