Help me identify an app

Hi guys,

I have a slight dilemma... I lost most of my apps whilst updating my phone, and my iCloud wasn’t back up strangely so I couldn’t restore. So I’ve basically had to start from scratch.... there’s a app that I can’t remember the name of for the life of me!!! I’ve attached a pic, please can someone help me identify it? I just can’t get over this mind block!
