It's the original Galaxy Note 10.1 with Wacom pen and 2GB DRAM (same as iPad Air 2). Saw a deal recently for $99 which makes it a great affordable note taking tool with Lecture Notes app.

Actually I recently won it in a contest. It'll be delivered to me in start of next month. The contest poster showed picture of this tablet. That's why wanted to ask about it.

Chances are it's a stock photo. For example the image is a Samsung but it's been doctored so they have Photoshopped out the home button and Samsung logos.
